Whistleblowing Channel

Athos Capital has a dedicated whistleblowing channel available to employees and other interested parties for reporting any acts occurring within the company's scope of operations that may constitute an infringement, crime, or violation of our Code of Conduct.

Communications can be made via email to the following address: denuncias@athos-cap.com, or by postal mail addressed to the Whistleblowing Channel: Calle Orense 10, planta 2, oficina 11, 28020-Madrid.

Reports will be treated with strict confidentiality, and there will be no negative consequences for the whistleblower, who shall act in good faith when reporting facts or actions to the Whistleblowing Channel.
