Fernando Castiñeiras

Fernando is a partner at Athos Capital.

Investor in digital ventures since 2007, Fernando founded Athos Capital in 2016. Prior to that, he founded a consulting company (Management Solutions), scaling it 2.000 employees.

Juan Filiberto Martínez

Juan Filiberto is a partner at Athos Capital.

Juan Filiberto founded Capitana Venture Partners, a fund which merged with Athos Capital in 2020. Prior to that, he held managing roles at private equity firm Nmas1 and was an M&A consultant at Deloitte.

Robert Tomas

Robert is a partner at Athos Capital.

Before joining Athos Capital in 2016. Robert worked in banking as a financial analyst and, prior to that, he worked with Fernando as a consultant at Management Solutions.

Marta Hidalgo

Marta is the head of finance at Athos Capital.

Before joining Athos Capital in 2022. Marta worked as a senior consultant in the tax, accounting and compliance department at EY and as a tax advisor at Écija Advisory. She holds a degree in economics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and an MBA from the Universidad Camilo José Cela.

Marc Montalbo

Marc is an investment analyst at Athos Capital.

Marc joined Athos in 2022. Before that, he was a Quant at the Risk Advisory Banking department at Deloitte. He holds a Mathematics degree by the Autonomous University of Barcelona and worked in research projects at MIT and Yale during his academic years.

Elisabet Garriga

Elisabet is the operations manager at Athos Capital.

Before joining Athos Capital in 2016., Elisabet was responsible for operations at real estate consulting firm CBRE (Barcelona offices – General services and purchasing).
